Terms of Business/ Conditions of Participation

The discounts on the course fees offered by Iberika are valid for pupils, students, trainees, people doing community service, unemployed, pensioners and severely disabled people. If the customer does not prove to Iberika that he/she is entitled to a discount by presenting a valid identity document, the normal course fees will be due.

We reserve the right to change course dates and cancel courses due to insufficient number of participants. Classes that are cancelled due to public holidays will not be made up.

Classes that cannot be attended by the customer due to illness or other reasons will be cancelled without substitution. There is no right to reimbursement.
